The length of time it takes to see results from counseling sessions with NLW Counseling Services, PLLC varies depending on the individual and the issues being addressed. 

Highly motivated clients will tend to see changes within a few sessions. Generally, change will depend on the person and their unique circumstances.

During your first session, I will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you into counseling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.

We will spend time building rapport and getting to know each other as we also talk through why you came in.

I mainly work with the adult population, i.e., age 25 and up. 

On a referral basis, I will see younger clients or I will refer to a clinician who is a better fit.

I can help with a wide range of issues. 

I commonly see clients struggling with relationship problems, like "Mom Issues", intimate relationships, grief and loss, trauma, and more.

The frequency of counseling sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.
