Meet Nicole

My name is Nicole Watson (formerly Davis) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving adults + couples in Texas.

With more than 14 years experience working in the Securities Industry, I know firsthand the stressors of having no work/life balance, climbing the ladder and the combination of anxiety and depression that often come with it.

I believe how we experience the world is rooted in our early childhood experiences.  These early experiences become engrained in us and turn into beliefs and beliefs into patterns. 

My goal is to help people unlearn unhealthy patterns and beliefs so they can rediscover who they truly are and live more authentically.

My first priority is to establish a good rapport with my clients. Gaining your trust is the most important factor in walking alongside you during this journey.

From a theoretical perspective, like my personality, is eclectic. I work heavily in Attachment & Emotion Focused therapies. For clients living with trauma, my goal is to re-establish an internal sense of safety first, using Internal Family Systems and Somatic techniques.  

The goal is to integrate these methods as we process and heal those wounds.

I especially enjoy working with Men's Issues, women healing from Mother Wounds, Entrepreneurs, and working Professionals.
